Our Forestdale apartments are all 2 bedroom units, with approximately 950 square feet of living space. Each unit also has a living room, kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer hook up and 1 bathroom, plus a 1 car garage. We have 20 apartments at this location in the 3200 block of State Street in Quincy, IL.  Rent for these apartments is $725 per month.

At 2701 Harrison, we offer 12 apartments for lease – six 1 bedroom units and six 2 bedroom units. The 2 bedroom units rent for $750 per month and have approximately 950 square feet of living space, with 1 bath, utility room with washer/dryer hook up, kitchen and living room. The 1 bedroom units rent for $625 per month and have approximately 900 square feet of living space with a generously sized great room (featuring a vaulted ceiling), kitchen, bath and plenty of closet space. These units also have a washer/dryer hook-up and a 1 car garage for covered parking.

If you need a bit more space, we have 2 duplexes in the 3500 block of South Glendale.  With over 1100 square feet of living space, each unit features a large living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. These duplexes also have a sliding glass door from the kitchen area to a private patio. Each unit includes a 1 car garage.  The rent is $800 per month for the duplex.
